What to expect From An Infared Sauna Session?

During your sauna session, While most people prefer to wear bathing suits, some people choose to go in naked, it is your choice. Inside the sauna, we urge you to relax with meditation, listen to music, or read your favorite book. We simply ask you do not fall asleep in the sauna. Once your session is over, please take time to let your body cool down before exiting. Please bring your own towel and drinking water to rehydrate after.
